US authorities detain Haitians deserted by smugglers


America Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) company says it has apprehended 64 Haitian migrants who had been deserted by smugglers on Mona Island, off Puerto Rico.

Mona Island is an ecological reserve held by the Puerto Rican authorities and isn’t completely inhabited.
