Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears have been accused of child sexual abuse, with the duo allegedly babysitting two children.

A report from TMZ has seen serious allegations that the two comedians are grooming and abusing a 7-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, identified only as John Doe and Jane Doe. The minors are now suing Spears and Haddish with court documents revealing disturbing acts they were forced into by the comedians.

These include allegedly teaching the 14-year-old to mime fellatio for a skit, and the 7-year-old was molested while Spears, Haddish and the child filmed a Funny or Die sketch called ‘Through a Pedophiles Eyes’. Haddish’s lawyer has commented on the allegations, calling them an extortion attempt with “false” claims.

Plaintiff’s mother … has been trying to assert these false claims against Ms. Haddish for several years. Every lawyer who initially took on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the case when it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be swayed.

“Now Mrs. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. Together, the two of them will face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous act.”

The plaintiff has also described trauma as a result of these alleged incidents, where she felt uncomfortable dating after being taken advantage of by Haddish. Both children have since developed mental disorders, with the brother now paranoid about being watched.

Funny or Die has since denied involvement in the alleged videos, says TMZ they were “not involved” in the video. Fun or Die said the video was user-generated content and was removed after the website became aware of it.

“Funny or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content. We were not involved in the conceptualization, development, financing or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence.”
