The couple remains during the pandemic in Bali after the woman cannot bring her English beauty to Australia

A travel blogger who lives in a luxurious Bali country house says she cannot come to Australia during the coronavirus outbreak because new restrictions mean her English partner – and their pets – are not allowed to come with her.
Lauren Bullen, 26, had intended to return home in accordance with government instructions for Australians to return during the pandemic, but said she was unwilling to leave behind her partner Jack Morris, 29.
The couple – who have five million Instagram followers together – live in Indonesia after building their dream home there last year.
While their enviable lifestyle in their luxury home seems to be one of the best places to watch the COVID-19 outbreak, at such times Lauren said it would have been better to return home.
“We decided to stay in Bali during this time. It’s hard to be apart from family now, but our house and pets are here, so we have to stay with our little family, ” Lauren told her popular Instagram page Gypsea Lust.

“It’s a pretty surreal feeling to know that even if we wanted to go to Australia, Jack isn’t a citizen, he wouldn’t be able to come.
‘Indonesia (especially Bali) is not closed for the time being, but the island is very quiet. Many people choose to isolate themselves here to avoid a major outbreak (if it hasn’t already happened). ‘
Jack repeated her feelings in a separate post on his channel You travel.
“Lauren and I try to stay in our villa as much as possible and respect the social distance. It is rotten, but if everyone contributes, this will be over sooner, ‘he wrote.

Last week, the Australian government stopped all international visitors, allowing only citizens and permanent residents to enter the country.
Lauren and Jack’s followers have followed the construction of their three-bedroom, five-bathroom home on the land they bought in Bali in 2018.
After renting villas for two years, the couple took the plunge and bought a piece of land themselves, as they wanted to create a ‘photogenic’ home that would set the stage for their Instagram photos.

It has an electric gate entrance for security and a heavy wooden door to make the house entrance look ‘really grand’, says Jack in a YouTube video they shared.
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls of the two-story house show off the living space – with an exclusively designed sunken lounge ‘too big for two people’, concrete countertops in the kitchen and a dining table for 10 for entertainment.

Much of their wood furniture is custom-made and imported with many of their ideas coming from villas and resorts they have stayed in while working overseas
Universal plugs are installed ‘everywhere’, so the couple can charge their range of camera equipment, laptops and phones wherever they sit, including directly on the couch.
Outside of the kitchen – which uses water and faucets imported from Australia because ‘Indonesia doesn’t have good tapware’ – lies Laurens pink ‘powder room’ for ‘epic mirror selfies’.
The master bedroom has a custom-made mirror surrounded by a ‘floating’ bed and bedside table.

“There’s an air conditioner in the wardrobe to keep Lauren from getting too sweaty trying clothes,” Jack said of their master suite.
They keep the rest of their ‘winter wear’ in a separate walk-in closet, showing how much materials they own from brands that work with the pair.
In the garden there is a cabana, outdoor shower and swimming pool decorated with white marble, to make it look more ‘Mediterranean’ about Balinese.
“The contractor said the marble was a waste of money, but I think it looks super luxurious,” said Lauren.
Two bedrooms on the second floor – next to an office – are for guests, but the majority of Lauren and Jack’s loved ones live in Australia and England.

The 29-year-old confirmed to FEMAIL that the entire property had been bought with sponsorship deals and creating branded content on Instagram (the master bedroom shown at right)

Jack has credited Lauren for designing much of the interior, which has the signature Bohemian style that she and her sister Ellie Bullen have become known for on social media
“It took about a year to build the house and it was a lot of work. We wanted it to be photogenic so we could shoot content there, ”said Jack earlier The cut.
“I was very specific in making sure our house was photographing well,” added Lauren.
“When I do an Instagram Story job in the bathroom, talk about teeth whitening or something, I want the background to look good.”
“We keep the cost of the house private because we want to rent it out eventually. But it’s comparable to the prices of the nicer houses in Canggu, ”said Jack.
Premium real estate in Canggu, Bali can range from AUD $ 350,000 to AUD $ 1 million.

After two years of constant traveling, Jack began to struggle with his finances, so he decided to purchase a camera and document his travels under the ‘Do You Travel’ brand name

The lovebirds previously said they won’t be doing sponsored mail for less than $ 3,000 USD ($ 3,948 AUD).
Most Jack paid for one post is $ 9,000 USD ($ 11,846 AUD), while most that Lauren ever got with one click is $ 7,500 USD ($ 9,872 AUD).
“I worked at a telephone company I flew to for three days; there were two days of filming and then I had to take five photos on Instagram, which was $ 35,000, ”he said.
“We’ve even looked for jobs that we’ve charged thousands before, and we’re here and they said,” your rates are so low. ”

Lauren runs her own blogs – called Gypsea Lust – and the pair sell Lightroom presets for fans and fellow photographers to edit their photos with
Jack has credited Lauren for designing much of the home’s interior, which has the signature Bohemian style that she and her sister Ellie Bullen have become known for on social media.
Seven years ago he quit his job as a carpet cleaner after deciding that he needed some adventure in his life.
“It literally woke up one morning and I wanted to try something different. I just flew away without a plan and just wanted to see what came my way, ”he said at the time.
After two years of constant traveling, Jack decided to purchase a camera and document his travels under the ‘Do You Travel’ brand name.
“I actually made it to share my experiences, it wasn’t about making a lot of money. I never expected to make money or blow it up. But that created my new career, ”he said.

But Jack insists that the couple only post sponsored posts if they support the brand, company or tourism agency (their outdoor pool is pictured)
The couple sells Lightroom presets to fans and fellow photographers to edit their photos with.
Global brands such as Royal Caribbean Cruises, Disney, Air NZ, AirBnB, Tiffany & Co have all approached the duo with work.
But Jack insists that the couple only post sponsored posts if they support the brand, company, or tourist office.
“Before I started accepting offers, I was approached by brands. I didn’t care to make money, it was always just a project I did for fun. In the end when I grew up, some offers were too good to decline, ”he said.
“I only promote or post the things that I really like or believe in, which is very important to me and why my posts resonate with so many people.”
Jack admitted that the work can be overwhelming at times and that they sometimes travel to places ‘for the sole purpose of a’ gram worthy ‘recording’.
But neither of you will complain about the life Instagram was able to afford them.
“It is almost a dream. Being able to do what I want every day is nice, ”he said.
“It’s ideal, I never expected to find someone to share this with, so it worked out really well.”
