An 18-year-old American fugitive needed in New York on a number of prison fees was apprehended throughout a pre-dawn operation by members of the Jamaica Fugitive Apprehension Group (JFAT) and C-TOC Particular Operations in Manchester, Jamaica on Wednesday.
