President of Broward School resigns abruptly

Gregory Haile, the president of Broward School since 2018, has expressed his intention to step down from the school’s management.

This determination, as reported by the Miami Herald, was conveyed via a resignation letter despatched on to the board of trustees.

Resignation follows the appointment of recent board members

Haile’s announcement arrives on the heels of a big change throughout the school’s administration.

Only one month prior, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis made waves by appointing a number of conservative figures to Broward School’s governing board.

Stories are that the board didn’t initially settle for Haile’s resignation.
