Off-duty police officer kills gunman in videotaped taking pictures in South Florida


An off-duty police officer fatally shot a gunman throughout a confrontation outdoors a South Florida grocery store Saturday evening in an encounter captured on video.

Cellphone movies posted on Twitter confirmed the person within the parking zone outdoors a Publix grocery store in Homestead holding a gun and firing 4 photographs into an SUV that he says is his. Holding the gun in entrance of him, he informed consumers within the parking zone, “Go house, go house.”

“Put the gun down, sir!” the officer yelled.
