Marvel’s Defenders and Punisher Get new Disney + posters

Marvel’s street-level heroes are recreated in a set of posters from Disney +. March 16 was the date DefendersVerse and Agents of SHIELD landed on Disney + after moving from Netflix. When Marvel secured the rights to the heroes, it allowed their seasons to move from Netflix to Disney +, and new speculations emerged about revivals. We’ve already seen Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fish reappear in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Hawkeye, respectively, with a new Daredevil series reportedly on the way at Disney +. So far, fans should be happy with new posters featuring Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and The Punisher.

“Heroes, rethought by artists,” read tweets from the Disney + Twitter account. Six posters in total are revealed in a Twitter post thread. Artists Chelsea Lowe, Freya, Ryan Shumate, Rico Jr., The Berkay Mountains and Zi Xu created the posters to help promote the seasons of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders and The Punisher, all of which can be streamed on Disney +.

This is not the first time that Disney + is celebrating the arrival of Netflix’s former Marvel content. Disney + also recruited actors such as Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock), Vincent D’Onofrio (Wilson Fisk), Ming-Na Wen (Melinda May), Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson), Finn Jones (Danny Rand), Krysten Ritter (Jessica) . Jones), Simone Missick (Misty Knight) and Ben Barnes (Billy Russo) to record videos telling fans where they can stream their favorite shows.

The Marvel debuts on Netflix were not without a few hiccups along the way. For example, the Daredevil landing page originally had a picture of Bullseye instead of The Man Without Fear. Disney + eventually updated the Daredevil landing page to correct the bug. Fortunately, Disney + left the mature content of Daredevil, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, The Defenders, and Jessica Jones with the addition of a new content rating.

As for the resuscitation of vovehals, there are reports that it may be a continuation of the original Netflix phenomenon. Disney + vovehals series is reportedly from secret affairs creators Matt Corman and Chris Ord. Although Marvel has not officially confirmed or rejected the report, it is stated in an article from The Hollywood Reporter vovehals will be “the first of Netflix Marvel shows to get a new but continuing series,” according to sources. It is not entirely clear whether this means vovehals at Disney + the story continues after vovehals Season 3 on Netflix, or launch a brand new story arc for Man Without Fear.
