BOSTON – Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler (knee) intends to play in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics on Monday, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

The six-time All-Star is listed as questionable for Monday.

Miami also lists Kyle Lowry (hoarding), Tyler Herro (groin), PJ Tucker (knee), Max Strus (hoarding) and Gabe Vincent (hoarding) as questionable.

Butler sustained a flare-up in his right knee in the first half of Game 3 on Saturday. He was ruled out in the second half due to inflammation and finished with eight points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals in 19 minutes. Victor Oladipo started the third quarter in his place.

Butler has had complications with that knee off and on all season. He missed Game 5 of the Heats first-round series against the Atlanta Hawks because of it. Butler tore his meniscus in the knee that required surgery in 2018.

Miami leads the series, 2-1, after a 109-103 victory in Boston, where the home team never led.

Butler averages 28.1 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 2.2 steals in those playoffs.
