Intersection enchancment challenge to start in Dawn
Broward County – The Freeway Development and Engineering Division will carry out enhancements on the Nob Hill Highway and Oakland Park Boulevard intersection in Dawn.
This work, funded by the fuel tax, is anticipated to begin on Monday, Might 15, and conclude in April 2024, barring any unexpected circumstances and/or climate delays.
Mission Overview:
- Drainage enchancment
- Roadway widening alongside Nob Hill Highway in each instructions to offer three by means of lanes
- Change current mast arms
- Enhance curb ramps to fulfill ADA requirements
- Mill and resurface asphalt pavement
- Improve pedestrian ramps, signage, and pavement markings to present requirements
