FRANKENSTEIN UNTOLD is a new series in development that is a “radical rethink” of the classic story – GeekTyrant

Frankenstein Untold is a new series under development from Sky Studios, described as a “radical remake” of the classic monster tale.

The project will take Mary Shelley‘s novel as a springboard “to explore the book’s philosophical and political themes, with the story set in 1816, told through the eyes of eight different characters.”

This is a different and unique take on the Frankenstein story, and it will be interesting to see how this classic story unfolds in this way. I wish there were more details to share about the series and this new version of the story, but that’s all we have for now.

The show is directed by Philip Stoelzl (The royal game, North Face), who also created the series and is currently developing it with the producers Neue Schönhauser Film (Back on track).
