Eight prisoners escape from lock-up in Jamaica

The Jamaican police are looking for eight prisoners who escaped from the Black River police lock-up on Monday morning.

Throughout routine checks performed between 3 a.m. to 4 a.m. by personnel, the boys have been found lacking.

Investigations revealed that the prisoners escaped by way of the power’s air flow system.

A high-level assembly involving police commanders was held on the Black River police headquarters relating to the incident.
