Colonial proprietor’s brother arrested, charged with rape

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – The Binghamton Police Division made a 3rd arrest in an investigation into an incident that occurred at 141 Washington St. in November 2021.

Binghamton Police charged 42-year-old Leor Kweller, of Brooklyn, NY with rape within the third diploma, a category E felony.

Police famous that Leor Kweller is the brother of Yaron Kweller, one of many house owners of the Colonial Bar & Restaurant. Yaron Kweller was charged with rape within the third diploma on Feb. 23 in an investigation in the identical incident.

Jordan Rindgen, who can also be one of many house owners of the restaurant, was arrested alongside Yaron Kweller and was charged with legal sale of a managed substance within the third diploma; a category B felony and legal sale of a managed substance within the fifth diploma; a category D felony.
