Brave Browser Basics – What it Does, How it Differs from Rivals?

The Brave browser is a different browser than Google Chrome though they are both made up of the same tech. The Brave browser is a web browser that strips out the annoying ads from the online websites, replaces those ads with the ads of their own, and allows the users to earn tokens and also to send money to the sites that they like by using them frequently.

Basics of Brave Browser

It is a standard browser that lets its users navigate across different websites, play or display online content, and also run the web apps. Like other browsers, this browser is also free to use and download. The first preview of this browser came out in January 2016. It was co-founded by one of the founders of Mozilla Firefox and the creator of JavaScript, Brendan Eich.

What makes the Brave Browser Different?

The anti-ad attitude of brave download makes it different from the other browsers. While navigating on the other browsers, users usually make complaints of unwanted ads that are no longer a problem due to the presence of this browser.

The Brave browser blocks the ads and gives the option to the user whether or not he or she wants to view the ads by popping in the form of desktop notification. By allowing them to see the ads, one can make money by earning tokens that can then be used on other online websites.

This browser eliminates the trackers of the ads as well as making the browser safer and private for the use. A handful of the extensions of Google Chrome can also run on the Brave browser.

Privacy Settings

Also, the download brave takes its pride in its privacy settings and even the speed, which is better than the other browsers. As ranked by analytics vendor Net Applications, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the no. three and no. 1 browsers in the world, respectively and the Brave browser loads as twice faster the pages as compared to these two browsers on the desktop.

Speed on Phone

Talking about smartphones, this browser loads the pages almost eight times faster than Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android). This increase of speed is not surprising as the blocking of ads tracker and the ads make the download of the Brave browser quicker as the content becomes less on the website. You can download brave browser for windows 10 through this.

Themes on Brave Browser

The Brave browser comes in the dark and light both themes, and it easily allows the users by protecting their privacy from cross-site trackers. The fact that this browser block ads also makes it a private and safer browser as compared to other browsers. The Brave browser also claims to be less energy-intensive than its modern rival browsers and safe to say that it delivers on this.

The tokens that the user gets by viewing the ads that they choose to see also makes this browser different from others. These tokens are a way of getting something out from a browser, and not many browsers provide such opportunities.
