Patna: Bihar Industries Association (BIA) organized a pitching session here on Friday, a day before the formal inauguration of Bihar Startup Conclave2022.
Venture Park (BIA) organized the pitching session, christened ‘Flow Pitch 2.0’, in collaboration with the state industries department and technical support from Free Flow Ventures. The session allowed startups from 24 industries, including education, agriculture, finance, deep-tech, social-tech, cybersecurity and healthcare. The startups presented their ideas to angel investors and venture capitalists in order to get investments. “Our audio social media startup will provide a platform to the citizens of the country to voice their opinions on important issues directly. We are looking forward to raising one crore for our startup through this event, ”said Aakashdeep, founder and CEO of a Patna-based audio social media startup.
Top 60 startups from 12 states, including 22 from Bihar, pitched their ideas to the angel investors and venture capitalists. About 40 angel investors and venture capitalists were present in the pitching session from different parts of the country. The ideas that are liked will not only get investments but also be rewarded.
