Anthony Joshua is one of Fury’s fiercest opponents, but they still laugh at the phone
Dillian Whyte is another boxing heavyweight that Fury likes to mess with during a phone call
“I’m calling Joshua. Sometimes I say, “What’s going on Mush?” We have a little back and forth. I tell him I’m going to knock him out, he says I’m going to knock you out, ‘Fury told BT Sport.
“I said, ‘After your last performance you need a lot of improvement to knock me out, I’ll tell you.’ We laugh a little, it’s a bit of banter, right? ‘
Joshua and Fury have been heavily linked later in the year with a fight to unify the heavyweight division, with ‘AJ’ holding on to the other four belts. However, Joshua will soon be fighting Kubrat Pulev, with a date set for June 20, but it could be pushed back due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Fury insisted that the calls were just a little “banter” as he and the rest of the sports world isolate themselves with their return to the ring, field or track still unknown.

“I just talked a little bit with the boys. I call Dillian Whyte, I call Rooney, Anthony Joshua – I call them all. ‘
