The Creeds already have six-year-old sons Cooper and Grant, and tried not to conceive again when they found out they were pregnant.

It was another surprise to find out that more twins were on the way.

‘When I had my ultrasound, I didn’t even know what to say. I sent a picture of the ultrasound to my husband, and he said, “Are those the boys?” No. The second round, ”said Erin The lawyer. He was like, ‘Oh, my God.’

‘We were clearly excited. We’ve done it before. Having twins, that’s all we know. ‘

The pregnancy had some complications, with Erin contracting COVID-19 in August. She finally gave birth on September 22, at just 32 weeks.

Twin girls Lola and Allie were hospitalized for four weeks, but were recently able to come home.

“The biggest concern they had was any breathing problems I had,” Erin said. The shortness of breath was probably the most frustrating part of COVID, because at what point does that shortness of breath cause you concern?

So I kept in constant touch with my doctors and explained how I was feeling. Fortunately, we had no major problems that would have aggravated the situation. We were truly blessed. ‘

A couple with two twins is extremely rare, which makes the Credos quite unique. Identical twins make up 0.4% of pregnancies, Erin’s doctor, Dr. Cliff Moore, said Today that it is one of 111,111 shots that a second pregnancy would also result in identical twins.

“To put that in perspective, we give birth to about 8,000 babies every year at Woman’s Hospital, so we would only see that once every 15 years,” he said. ‘

Although Erin is excited, she also thinks the experience is quite funny,

“I will always consider myself blessed with all these beautiful babies, but I also think God has a really funny sense of humor,” Erin said. NBC Local 33. “A lot of people say you only get what you can handle, and I hope He has my back for years to come!”
