As part of their supervision of Doyle, detectives had set up the hotel room with eavesdropping equipment for the party.
Recordings of the celebrations include the voice of a famous woman.
The woman is known to be in social circles with Doyle and his wife and enjoyed herself during the festivities.
Investigators attempted to access CCTV cameras from the hotel on the evening in question, but were told the system had technical issues.
Police remained focused on Doyle and his role in an international cocaine conspiracy.
Daily Mail Australia does not suggest that the woman was involved in any wrongdoing.
Jared Raymond Hart and Raoul Kesby were jailed along with Doyle for their roles in the drug syndicate.
Doyle also pleaded guilty to dealing with over $ 500,000 of crime proceeds.
