Samsung made the decision to unveil the phone a month before the Galaxy S22 series. The latest renders of the Galaxy S21 FE show the 11th of January on the lock-screen, which more than confirms the release date, as this is not the first time Samsung has shown the release date on the device’s lock screen. After a long wait, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will finally hit the market in the second week of January 2022. Although the smartphone was supposed to be released alongside the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3, it was delayed due to a global chip shortage.
However, as surprising as it may sound, Samsung has decided to launch the Galaxy S21 FE as a prelude to the S22 series. This latest leak comes from a reliable source, who claims that the much-anticipated smartphone will now be available on January 11th.
In the leaked images, the date can be seen on the phone’s lock screen, and this isn’t the first time Samsung has announced a phone’s release date in this manner. The words 5G and AT&T can be seen on the phone’s lock screen, implying that it will have 5G connectivity and will be available on AT&T’s network in the United States. The images also show some of the phone’s default wallpapers.
