Police identify individual of curiosity within the homicide of Social Media Influencer Aneka ‘Slickianna’ Townsend

The Jamaica Constabulary Pressure says they’ve recognized a potential suspect linked to the killing of social media influencer Aneka ‘Slickianna’ Townsend.

The police are asking Rushane Patterson of Prosper, Hanover to show himself over on the Freeport Police Station by 5:00 pm on Saturday to help with their investigations.

“We’ve got Rushane Patterson of Prosper, Hanover as an individual of curiosity on this investigation and we’re asking him to show himself in to the police by 5:00 pm,” commander of the St James Police Division, Senior Superintendent of Police Vernon Ellis informed members of the Jamaican media.

SSP Ellis additionally reported {that a} motorized vehicle has been seized in relation to the police probe into the matter.

“A sequence of operations have been carried out this morning in a neighboring parish and a car was recovered,” he revealed.

The 35-year-old influencer, who was from Waterloo Highway in St Andrew, was positively recognized by her mom earlier on Saturday. Townsend was also called ‘Kayan’.
