It has become common practice for people within the Trump circle to be regularly tested for the virus as the pandemic continues to control the land and wave of infection in the southern US.
It is likely that the long drive will come out of the pockets of the taxpayer and the agents supervising the trip will have to isolate for two weeks.
Guilfoyle reportedly had no symptoms prior to diagnosis. ‘
She and Don Jr. have never met the Trump team and will, as a precaution, drive back from South Dakota all the way to the east coast, the New York Times reports.
Guilfoyle is said to be the third infected person to be in close contact with the President.
In May, both Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary and a personal servant serving Trump his food tested positive for the virus.
