A member of the Jamaica Constabulary Pressure (JCF) is below investigation following a report of rape and theft whereas he was on obligation in St. Elizabeth.
Reviews are that the incident occurred on Monday evening.
The officer and three different cops who had been on obligation with him are in custody.
