Jamaican arrested for alleged bank card rip-off in Cayman Islands


Davoy Palmer, a 25-year-old Jamaican man, is scheduled for an additional courtroom look on October 2 following his arrest earlier this month on fraud prices within the Cayman Islands. 

Authorities took Palmer into custody after he allegedly engaged in a rip-off concentrating on a neighborhood meals supply app.
