German lady lacking after shark assault in Bahamas

A German vacationer’s idyllic tour took a terrifying activate Tuesday following a shark assault close to West Finish, Grand Bahama.

Studies are that the vacationer was a part of a diving expedition within the Tiger Seashore space when the incident occurred.

Police reported that after briefly surfacing, she disappeared and has not resurfaced since.

Solely her diving gear has been recovered as rescue efforts proceed, the police mentioned.

This latest shark encounter will not be the primary of its form within the area.

In August, native authorities found the physique of a person floating at Saunders Seashore, bearing accidents in line with a shark assault.

In June, an American lady was attacked by a shark whereas swimming within the waters south of Taino Seashore, Grand Bahama.
