DeSantis indicators ‘Greyson’s Legislation’ to guard children throughout custody battles
NBC 6- Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed a invoice geared toward defending the security of youngsters caught in custody battles.
“Greyson’s Legislation” would require courts to contemplate threats in opposition to ex-partners or spouses when deciding youngster visitation and custody.
DeSantis signed the invoice Thursday. It goes into impact July 1.

The regulation is known as for Greyson Kessler, a 4-year-old Broward youngster who was killed by his father in a 2021 murder-suicide in Fort Lauderdale.
Greyson’s mom had feared for her son’s security when she sought an emergency order asking police to select the kid up, however she was denied.
