Marco van Ginkel of Chelsea has revealed that players who live close to Stamford Bridge can take individual training on the ground.
Several Premier League stars participate in home training, and many players have makeshift gyms in their homes.
But the Blues have kept their stadium open to members of their squad who live a short distance away.
“The boys who live nearby can train in the stadium. So this is ideal for me. You just have to train, so it’s a bit boring, ‘he told PSV TV.
“But I also trained in a park and the field is a lot less there. It is top shelf in Stamford Bridge. ‘
The midfielder posted a video of his training on Instagram with the caption: “Stay as much as possible, but like to live close to the stadium and follow my training.”

Van Ginkel is still working on his way to fitness after a long period on the sidelines with a cruciate ligament injury.
Jose Mourinho was in charge the last time the midfielder played for Chelsea and he was given a loan period at AC Milan, Stoke City and PSV Eindhoven three times.
The Dutchman captained PSV to the Eredivisie title in May 2018, but has not played a league game since.
There were complications after having surgery on his crotch, meaning that he had three surgeries in six days to repair a serious and aggressive infection in his knee.
Van Ginkel has no contract in the summer, but the club has the option to extend his deal by two years, but no talks have been held.
The midfielder has played four games for the Blues since joining £ 8 million in 2013

He added: “We haven’t been in touch about that yet, but other things are of course more important now. I’ll hear it when the moment arrives. ‘
Frank Lampard was still playing at the club when Van Ginkel arrived from Vitesse Arnhem for an amount of £ 8 million.
But his future looks uncertain with only four senior appearances since joining in 2013.
