Breaking: WrestleMania 36 Taking Place from the WWE Performance Center

WWE has just confirmed speculations that WrestleMania 36 will not going live from Tampa, Florida.

Wresltemania will instead air live on the WWE Network and will take place from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. As of now, there will be no fans in attendance but it’s possible WWE will try to fill some of the seats with their production crew members.

WWE.com issued the following statement:

“In coordination with local partners and government officials, WrestleMania and all related events in Tampa Bay will not take place. However, WrestleMania will still stream live on Sunday, April 5 at 7 pm ET on WWE Network and be available on pay-per-view. Only essential personnel will be on the closed set at WWE’s training facility in Orlando, Florida to produce WrestleMania.”

WWE also confirmed rumors about NXT Takeover and WWE Hall of Fame getting postponed. They issued the statement below:

“The WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony and NXT TakeOver will not take place as previously scheduled. We will share further details as they become available.”

This is a sad news for all Wrestling Fans & the wrestlers at large. However, I am happy WWE took this step in order to put safety and health as first priority. I just hope survives these anxious times. No business deserves to fall.
