BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, – Barbados Deputy speaker and authorities legislator Neil Rowe has been charged with rape. The Police Sunday confirmed that Rowe is anticipated to seem within the Oistins Justice of the Peace’s Courtroom on Monday to reply to the costs.
