A nudist retreat is about to hit the market for the first time in 20 years as the owner wants to move to Thailand.
Located at 2 Livistona Drive, Doonan on the Sunshine Coast, the house features bondage rooms, a rock cave pool and a gym.
Rainer Mueckenberger has owned the nudist treat for 19 years, offering bondage classes, tantric massages, and pleasure rooms for his guests.

He also offered romantic rock cave spa treatments for couples in ‘The Cave’, where people have the opportunity to nestle in ceiling-high bubbles.
The Cave shares similarities with Playboy Mansion’s original cave spa, which was lit up at night and often used for Hugh Hefner’s infamous parties.
Mr. Mueckenberger believes he has created an oasis where people, especially couples who are later in life, can reconnect with their sensual sides and explore their sexual curiosities.
“Here you can be free from your limitations,” he said earlier Sunshine Coast daily.
He said many of his clients were working professionals who feel like they can come in and let go of their inhibitions.
“They want to hand over their police uniform or their construction uniform,” he said. “You drop all your clothes and we’re all the same.”

Mr Mueckenberger decided it was time to finally move on and told real estate agents Jeremy Krieger and Clint Jensen that he would only sign the contract if they came to the property naked.
The couple was obligated, describing it as an ‘advert like no other’, but the couple are confident the house will find a new owner.
‘It is a housing offering with a business opportunity. It could be a nature retreat, a wellness center, ”said Mr Jensen realestate.com.au.
‘I couldn’t imagine there would be tons of people in the market for a nudist retreat, although the owner would love to see a younger person who could keep that going, bring it up even more. ‘
