Pedestrian dies following collision with FEC prepare

The Broward Sheriff’s Workplace Murder Unit is investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian and an FEC prepare.

In accordance with studies at roughly 9:48 p.m. on Monday, January 16, Broward Regional Communications acquired a report of a crash involving an FEC prepare and a pedestrian within the space of Griffin Highway and Federal Freeway in Dania Seaside. BSO deputies and Broward Sheriff Fireplace Rescue responded to the scene.

In accordance with murder investigators, the pedestrian walked on to the prepare tracks into the trail of the oncoming prepare. The pedestrian was struck and was pronounced lifeless on scene. The pedestrian has not but been recognized.
