Welcome Diana Jenkins48, to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! After the beloved Bravo show announced that it is bringing two new housewives, Diana and Will Smith‘s ex-wife Sheree Zampino54, fans are wondering about these two new diamond holders and what they have to offer the franchise.
In the trailer, Diana can be seen mingling with the other ladies, described as “Brigitte Bardot”Vibes off Dorit Kemsley and shows “a lot of Cartier,” says Kyle Richards. “It’s called nouveau riche!” exclaims Diana.
Further in the trailer, Sutton Stracke calls her a “soulless person,” to whom Diana iconically shoots back: “Do you need a new villain? Here I am!”
So who is this “new villain” of RHOBH? Here are five things to know about the blonde beauty who is on her way to our screens in season 12 of RHOBH.
She is originally from Bosnia
Diana was born and raised in Bosnia-Herzegovina (informally known as Bosnia), a country in the Balkan Peninsula in southeastern Europe. According to her Wikipedia page, Diana fled the country during the siege of Sarajevo during the Bosnian war in the mid-1990s and moved to London, where she continued her studies at City University, London.
She’s a businesswoman
Diana is the CEO of the lifestyle beverage company Neuro Brands. After completing a degree in computer science and economics, she acquired the swimwear line Melissa Odabash and then went on to launch Neuro Brands in 2009. “I made everything myself: the concept, the design, the brand, the packaging, and then got scientists to come up with the formula, She said The Guardian of the company in 2009.
Diana also founded D Empire Entertainment in 2011. The company is described as a “full service music label” that provides both established and new artists with the tools for media strategy, branding, recording and more.
She recently moved to Hidden Hills, California
Although Diana owns two of her own businesses, most of her fortune comes from her marriage to the English financier Roger “Big Dog” Jenkinsa man once described as the highest paid banker in Britain, per The Dirt. The couple, who married in 1999, divorced in 2011, but Diana still lived in their $ 87 million Malibu home. It was until earlier in the year that the Bosnian beauty sold the home to her neighbor and moved into a smaller property – for $ 13 million – in the Los Angeles San Fernando Valley.
As for the property – which can be seen here – it is still quite smart and definitely ideal for a Bravo housewife. The property boasts beautiful views of the hills, a dark-bottomed, infinity-edged swimming pool, a floating staircase, chevron-patterned floors and more. We look forward to seeing the inside of the home in the coming season!
She performs humanitarian and philanthropic work
Diana is also known for her philanthropic and humanitarian efforts. Over the past 20 years, she has co-launched several advocacy programs such as UCLA’s Sanela Diana Jenkins Human Rights Project and the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization, which she originally formed with an actress Sean Penn.
In 2009, she said this to The Guardian about her Irnis Catic Foundation in Bosnia: “I realized that things are really known there, but not here. That I have to do something more. Because Bosnia has not recovered properly. It has not, because many things are not being done. “There are many pending cases. Many families did not get their closure. Many people have not moved on. Even though it is a stable country, it is still only 10 to 15 years ago. People lost everything.”
She has two children
Diana has two children with her ex-husband, daughter Eneya and son Innis Jenkins. Diana posts several loving and cute photos with her kids on her Instagram, but both also have their own social feeds. Eneya is a professional rider and takes numerous photos of her events (and other personal photos), while Innis likes to keep things more subdued by posting a photo and simply writing “Art” in her bio.
